Am i really a 'Domestic Godess'

TopShop Haul (Makeup)

So let's talk a little bit about TOPSHOP. I've always had a love hate relationship with Topshop clothing however when they launched their makeup in 2010 i think it was, that was a new beginning of an ongoing loving relationship. My first Topshop makeup purchase was over a year ago and it was a lipstick called 'Showoff' i think it is discontinued now as i can't find it anywhere (If you want to see what i'm on about let me know below and i will be more than happy to show you). Even though i love this little beaut to bits i didn't get anything else. So after about a year i obviously stumbled across a huuugee selection of Topshop makeup in a hugggeee Topshop.

I have a few new additions to my Topshop Makeup collection;

I mean how cute can packaging get?

Left to Right

1. Domestic goddess nailpolish
2. Sunbeam Highlighter
3. Sisters of the new moon lipstick in Charmed

I have definately been charmed by this little number
You will soon find that i am obsessed over Orange and Corals

I know it looks scary but we will talk about that later

So i literally wanted to give you a heads up on what i got. Reviews/swatches and all that jazz will be coming up real quick as i have judged these beauts already in a few uses :)

Ciao for now

TGIF and a bit of haulage times....

Hello my Lovlies

I hope you have had a smashing week. Been a busy bee so  i am so glad it's the weekend, i have absolutely nothing planned which hopefully means i can spend some time on updating many blogs posts i have lined up.

But in between work, eating and sleeping i did manage to make a few purchases this week.

Here i'll share them with you :)

So in my last post i mentioned that my skin is suffering a little bit at the moment. I decided to go and wander about in the infamous Boots and this is what i picked up.

You can never have enough lip products right??

So another obession of mine is lip products but i am totally obsessed with moisturising them as a result of it. Good old Carmex is with me everywhere i go but i picked up two newbies for me

1. Anatomicals Snog me senseless: I mean how crazy is this bad boy i will do a review on this lip moisturiser when i feel i can have an opnion about it, but i tried it and boy does it make your lips tingle.

2. Blistex Relief Cream: Enough said it's Blistex.

So as for once i had an agenda before i walked into Boots i was really on the hunt for a good moisturiser because of my dry skin. I picked up a couple of Neutrogena Norwegian Formula products. I have used both and believe me very soon i will be reviewing as i am like in love with these little numbers.

What lip treatments do you use? are you a Carmex or Vaseline lover?

Ciao for Now

There's Blemishes then there are Balms.....

Hello Angel Cakes!!

Doesn't time just fly the older you get?? i dont remember it flying when i was an ickle wickle junior... Anyhoooo i hope you are doing well and grabbing the sun when the clouds move!! oh my days i am not feeling this weather like even one bit, it kind of confuses me. What to wear what not to wear, what shoes to wear or not to wear, what makeup to wear.... i think you get me by now?!

So recently like very recently i went under the knife :(( and no it was not cosmetic surgery i would and cannot deal with physical pain as i realised. So i had surgery on the face YES!!! i know i was invisible to all forms of human life for a few weeks but i am on the mend now with the pain still lingering in the background. Violins play in the background for myself.. lol

On a more serious note my skin has totally suffered because of this. It has completely dried out like a prune... well not literally but it has become incredibly dry probably because of dehydration and the fact that even touching my face was not allowed for a few weeks. So i have had to totally change my skin care routine and makeup.

Today i am going to start off with a product that i have had for a while and now pulled out again as it suits my skin perfectly as it is going through this dry stage.

No 17 Blemish balm in medium

So i have tried a few high street blemish balms and at the moment i am kind of loving this. Now as with all products it claims to do a lot of things that mind you it doesnt. It claims to conceal and give coverage to all blemishes. Now it does not do that. I would say that if you have pigmentation or any other issues on your skin then this little number will help to brighten up and give you a more even looking skin tone. It does not conceal for s**t.
But all in all i do love using this. Slightly greasy but then with my dry skin at the moment it works brillza.
I am happy with this but remember different products work differently for different people. Try saying that fast 3 times :)

What is the best BB cream you have tried??

I want some of this right about now....

We all need a bit of Country Rose loving....

Hello Blackcurrents!!

So i know i know i am about 19 years too late on the whole Avon hype but OMG where have i been all this time!! Now i have never had an Avon lady drop one of those miniature magazines to my house like forever but i do remember in the distant memory cells at the back of my head rubbing the pages like mad for the scents. Come on i know you did it too...
So i am loving some of the things in this shizzle wizzle. So over the next however long it takes me to upload kind of thing im going to talk about what is working for me from Avon and loads of other brands too.

Now i lurrrve flowers, pretty floral prints are right up my street so when i saw this Country Rose holder thingy it was sold. I use this as my go to make up holder on a daily basis. I kid you not i don't even know half the make up that i own as there is just so much of it, so on a weekly basis i change a few products around and put them in this baby.

Country Rose Makeup holder. Avon
It has loads of pockets so you can divide your makeup into sections.
Well thats the ocd side to me showing :)
and it's perfect for your everday makeup and big enough too..
So i did order this quite a while back so i can't remember the exact price, maybe around the £6-£7 mark? But the flowers are just too gorg...

What do you use to store your everyday go to makeup?

I want all of these shoes in every single colour possible ever.....

Hi Cupcakes...

A big hello from me. So i've never done anything like this before but hey i got to give it a go. Reading blogs is my self confessed hobby, but anything related to sparkles, makeup and shopping is my addiction. You will get to know me as time goes on but for now i'm really excited to give this a go :).
